Very Poor Quality Graphic Printing

The banner itself is fine and of good quality but the graphics / printing is very poor. I had ordered it for a booth at a trade show and did not use it as I felt it would reflect very badly on the quality of my business and products. Similarily I had ordered business cards from Vista print and again these were of poor quality and I had to throw them in the bin. I was refunded for these by Vista print but because this happened two days out from the trade show I had to get a nearbyprinter to produce the cards quickly and it cost me an additional €70.

For the best possible results, we recommend using high-resolution files with a minimum of 300 dpi, as lower-resolution images can lead to the type of outcome you described. To help set clear expectations before printing, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the preview mode and PDF proof prior to placing an order. These tools are designed to highlight how your design will appear once printed, including any potential quality concerns. If you would like support in improving your artwork, we also offer a professional design service. Our graphic design team can enhance your file and prepare it for optimal print quality. You can submit your request through the design service link: https://www.vistaprint.ie/design and a revised version will be shared with you via email within 24–48 hours.
