VistaPrint Promo Codes & Discounts

A: Yes, we often offer special discounts – we refer to them as “codes” on our site. Most discount codes
are automatically applied to your basket, without having to use a promo code at the end of the order.
You’ll typically find codes on our homepage, on our offers page and in emails.

A: If you have one of our discount codes, you’ll be able to use it after you’ve designed your products and
added them to your basket. In your personalised My Basket, we’ll ask if you have a code to enter. Just
type it in and press “Apply” – we’ll take care of the rest.

A: No, our coupons are not combinable with any other offers or discounts which you see on our site.

A: No. Our system doesn’t allow you to combine two offers at the same time. If you enter a promo code
at checkout, the offer that was applied before will be replaced by the promo code offer. If you want to
return to the previous offer, simply click on “Change code” or click the cross symbol.

A: Yes, typically. Unless otherwise specified, VistaPrint promo codes aren’t limited to a single use. If
there is an exception to this general approach, we will make that clear.

A: VistaPrint offers usually apply to selected items, not all products on the site.

A: If your VistaPrint code is valid, we’ll show you the discount on any applicable products in your basket.
And if the code isn’t valid or applicable, we’ll let you know.

A: No. Once a promo code has expired it can no longer be used and becomes invalid in our system.

A: Give us a call. Once your order has been finalised, you won’t be able to apply a VistaPrint code on
your own – but if the discount code is applicable to your order, one of our Customer Care Specialists
may be able to process a credit or refund to your account.

A: Not unless we’re running a special free delivery offer. If so,
you’ll be able to see the details in the promo bar at the top of any
page on the VistaPrint website.

A: Our Deals page has all the latest and greatest deals that are available. (Check back often as deals and
