The quality of the card and the ink, etc. are what I expected, and the price is good. The problem is that even though my design was perfectly symmetrical on both sides of the card in the web app (the app itself seemed pretty neat), when the cards arrived they were offset to the right on both sides of the card. To be clear, there is a feature in the app where you can rotate the card 180 degrees and check out everything up close, but the actually printed cards were not centred. Is there a human in the loop?

If your design is simple and uses dark ink, kraft could be a great option. It’s also an especially good option if you want your card to have a vintage or rustic feel to it. If your design uses photography or lighter colours (like orange or yellow), we strongly recommend you consider a different paper stock. Please also note that white ink cannot be printed onto kraft paper.
