Loved the simplicity of the design

The quality of the card and the ink, etc. are what I expected, and the price is good. The problem is that even though my design was perfectly symmetrical on both sides of the card in the web app (the app itself seemed pretty neat), when the cards arrived they were offset to the right on both sides of the card. To be clear, there is a feature in the app where you can rotate the card 180 degrees and check out everything up close, but the actually printed cards were not centred. Is there a human in the loop?

Absolutely amazing quality. I love my cards as it fits beautifully with the "earthy" aesthetic I am trying to convey with my business. As a gardener, I wanted something plain so my logo could stand out, and the kraft cards fitted to a "T". They feel sturdy and the print quality is amazing. I can't fault them at all.
