Delivery times for orders received after midnight are calculated from the following business day. Note that there are exceptions for certain products and international delivery locations.
Right now, when shopping on our Ireland website, you can only deliver to addresses in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We charge a 30% delivery surcharge on destination prices for UK orders, due to delivery methods.
If you do want to deliver to another international location, you can check if there’s a Vistaprint website for your country or territory. Just click the flag dropdown in the bottom right of the page. If there is a site specific to your location, you may need to rebuild your design.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Will my order be trackable?
A: All 2- and 3-day orders are trackable, along with some 5- and 10-day orders. (Availability of tracking is based on the different carriers we use.) If tracking is available, we’ll send it to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up the tracking.
Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time?
A: Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed?
A: When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a delivery speed. After that, we we’ll show you the promised arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.
Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to contact us at any time – we’ll be happy to help.
