Delivery options & costs
At VistaPrint, we have a number of delivery options to fit your needs. See the chart below for costs and delivery times based on your order value (VAT included).
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Timelines below include both processing and delivery time.

Cut-off times and next-day delivery
We know you’re eager to get your order, so here’s how it works:

Orders placed on business days before 9pm CET are processed and enter production immediately on the same day. This means they are produced within 24 hours and shipped to arrive by your chosen delivery date.

Orders placed after 9pm CET on business days will be processed the next business day. This means production starts a day later, which may shift the earliest available delivery date accordingly.

Our delivery options are updated daily at 9pm CET, so you’ll always see the most accurate and up-to-date choices.

- Some products might have specific delivery restrictions, so be sure to check the product details before ordering.
- For international orders, delivery times and costs depend on your location – you’ll see the exact details at checkout.

We’re always working to get your VistaPrint products to you as quickly as possible. Here are tips to get the latest and greatest shipping details:
- Check product pages for accurate estimates: Our product pages are the best place to get the most up-to-date delivery estimates. Just enter your country and postal code to see what’s available for your location.
- Customization matters: Delivery times can change based on product attributes like paper stocks, finishes or custom shapes.
Please note: During busier periods, preparation times may be longer. However, estimated arrival dates are always updated at checkout prior to purchase and cannot be changed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I get free delivery?
A:We currently do not offer free shipping. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Q: Will my order be trackable?
A: Your order is almost always trackable. The only exception to this is for orders dispatched to a postal box.
Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email (be sure to check your spam folder) that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also find it in your order history.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Q: Do you deliver internationally? To which countries do you deliver?
A: Yes. We deliver to over 20 countries. Check the “International Orders” section above for the full list.
Q: Who is responsible for taxes and duties on international deliveries?
In most cases, VistaPrint covers all import taxes and duties for international orders, so you won’t face any surprise delivery fees.
However, due to local regulations, customers in the following locations are responsible for paying these charges upon receipt:
- France: Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Saint Martin, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia & Réunion
- Spain: Canary Islands
- UK: Jersey, Gibraltar & Isle of Man
- Denmark: Faroe Islands
- Germany: Büsingen, Heligoland
- Finland: Åland Islands

Q: At what time will my order be delivered?
A: Normally all deliveries will be made within normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
Q:Do you offer next-day delivery?
A: We currently do not offer next-day delivery for your location. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method – you can view all options at checkout.
Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages are typically delivered by 6pm in your time zone daily. If it is not there yet, check your tracking info in your Order History or Contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Q:Do you offer pickup points? If so, what is the fastest delivery time to a pickup location?
A: We currently do not offer pickup points in your area. However, we offer a range of reliable delivery options, which you can view at checkout along with estimated delivery times.
