Delivery options: Everything you need to know

Whether you’re ordering in advance or need products as quickly as possible, we’re here to help. See below for details about our flat-rate delivery options, specialty products and more.

Given the current situation, our delivery times may be affected. To ensure that you receive your orders when expected, our 2 business day delivery option is suspended until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders received after midnight are calculated from the next business day. Please see below for additional important shipping information, including specific product exceptions and delivery to international locations.

International orders

Right now, orders placed using Vistaprint’s Ireland website (Vistaprint.ie) can only be delivered to addresses in Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you do want to deliver to another international location, we recommend checking to see if there’s a Vistaprint website for that country or territory. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the dropdown next to the Irish flag – you’ll see our other sites listed there. If you’ve already designed a product, there is a chance that you may need to rebuild it on the new site.

Product exceptions

Some Vistaprint products are not available in all delivery speeds.

For example, products in the following categories may only be available with Economy (10 business day) delivery:

  • Clothing & Bags
  • Promotional Products (pens, technology, and some other items)

If your order includes products with different shipping speeds, everything in your order will be delivered at the slowest speed.

So, if you’re in a rush, we recommend you order any products with Economy delivery speeds separately from those with faster options. This avoids delaying products that can be delivered sooner.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Will my order be trackable?
A: Tracking availability can vary by carrier. If tracking is available, we’ll send it to you in your dispatch confirmation email.

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up the tracking.

Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time?
A: Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed?
A: When you add an item to your basket, you’ll be asked to choose a delivery speed. After that, we we’ll show you the promised arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: In most instances, deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday, although this may vary by carrier.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to contact us at any time – we’ll be happy to help.
