Professional & efficient
Our grey security interior makes sure that sensitive information stays protected by preventing people from peeking inside. You can choose between gum or strip seal flaps and take advantage of optional printing on the backside. Options include printing on the sealing flap (ideal for adding a return address), the backside only (excluding the flap), or the entire backside (including the flap). Plus, you have the flexibility to add an address window, logo, images and other elements to grab attention.
Simple design process
Creating your business envelopes is easy. Start by selecting your quantity, size, window option, and seal style. Then, click "Browse designs" to explore a variety of templates you can customize with your information, for both the front- and backside of your envelope. Play around with fonts, spacing, and the size and placement of your logo or images. Once you’re happy with the design, preview it and complete your order.

Yes, we offer 4 printing options for the back of your envelope:
- Flap only (for adding a return address, for example)
- Backside only
- Backside and flap
- No backside print (blank on the back)
Most of our envelopes come with a standard window size of 110 x 40 mm, plus a 2 mm white edge around it to keep things looking clean and prevent any ink from sneaking onto the window. Here’s how the window placement breaks down by size:
C5:
- Left window: 40 x 110 mm (20 mm from the left, 72 mm from the top)
- Right window: 40 x 110 mm (15mm from the right, 72 mm from the top) C4:
- Left window: 40 x 110 mm (18 mm from the left, 58 mm from the top)
- Right window: 40 x 110 mm (97 mm from the right, 58 mm from the top) DL:
- Left window: 40 x 110 mm (18 mm from the left, 48 mm from the top)
- Right window: 40 x 110 mm (102 mm from the right, 48 mm from the top) Note: Our C6 envelopes don’t have a window placement option. For all other sizes, the measurements above ensure precise placement for your design needs.
In the studio, the window size (114 x 44 mm) includes the white edges around it. On the actual envelope, the window is slightly smaller (110 x 40 mm) with a tiny 2 mm variation in placement. This is because of how we print and assemble the envelopes — it ensures no ink spills onto the window.
