We recommend using our custom printed water-activated packaging tape to secure your plain mailer boxes and add a touch of branding that stands out in the post. When packing, we recommend you overlap the tape and make sure the tape stretches several centimetres down either side of the box.
Yes, you can. Choose the “Non-printed” option if you want to order plain mailer boxes in your choice of size and material.
E Flute is very thin (1.8 mm) corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold. Sturdy and crush-resistant, it’s a good option for posting parcels — we do not recommend these postal boxes for very large or heavy items.
When properly sealed and secured with tape, the unprinted postal boxes can hold up to 25 kg. Always handle the boxes with care to ensure that they can safely hold this weight without risking damage to the packaging or the product.
Our postal boxes are plain but they do have a barcode and an FSC® label printed inside.
