Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are personalised mugs dishwasher- or microwave-safe?
A: Our black and white mugs are dishwasher- and microwave-safe. Colour-changing mugs should be hand-washed and are not microwave-safe.
Q: How can I make sure that the white background on my design matches the white mug?
A: If you’re uploading an image or design, one trick is to “knock out” the white in your design. Photo imaging or design software makes it possible to remove any colour from that part of your design. When you add that design to a white mug, the white of the mug will be visible – no need to colour match!
Q: Can I add custom text or a photo to the inside of my mug?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Are mugs made of porcelain or ceramic?
A: All of our mugs are made of durable ceramic.
