We’re sorry to hear that the printed design didn’t turn out as expected. While we do have a Spot Quality Check process at our facility, our quality team is only able to review a small sample of orders out of the thousands fulfilled each day. For this reason, we make previews and downloadable PDF proofs easily accessible on our website to help customers confirm the details before placing their orders. After checking the file submitted, we found that the text on the front was extremely small, making it difficult to read even in the preview. Since our printing process is fully automated, the final product was printed exactly as it was submitted. The preview also showed that the details were not easily legible, but the order was still placed. That said, we’d be happy to make this right for you. Please edit your design to enlarge the text and improve readability, then share the updated version with us. We’ll gladly process a one-time replacement for you once the revised file is received.
