Frequently asked questions  

The materials we use range from standard, budget-friendly kraft paper to thicker, high-quality paper which is used for our luxury gift bags.

All of our standard kraft paper bags are recyclable and many options are also FSC® certified.

Weight capacity for our standard kraft paper bags varies depending on their type and size. Here are our recommendations:

  • Extra-small and small bags: up to 2.5 kg
  • Medium-sized bags: up to 5 kg
  • Bottle bags: not recommended to exceed 4 kg
  • Luxury gift bags (largest size): can hold up to 8 kg

Custom-printed paper bags have varying minimum order quantities depending on the type you choose:

  • Standard Kraft Paper Bags: 25
  • Single-Colour Paper Bags: 200
  • Luxury Gift Bags: 200
  • Bottle Bags: 100
  • Paper Carrier Bags: 150

We offer 2 types of handles for our shopping bags: twisted paper or rope handles.

Double-sided printing is only available on standard kraft paper bags.

To get the most out of your custom paper bags, we recommend you do the following:

  1. Avoid using saturated, vivid colours on brown kraft paper bags as they won’t come up as well. If you want to use vivid colours, we recommend white kraft paper.
  2. Ensure your designs have a transparent background for a clean, seamless finish.
  3. When designing luxury gift bags, opt for solid colours.

We don’t currently offer paper bag samples as such, but you can order our free business sample kit which includes our standard kraft paper bag (together with many other top marketing materials).
