Yes, if you would prefer unmarked packaging, you can check out our plain postal boxes. These are ideal for products that require discretion, and are a more cost-effective way to deliver your goods. Of course, if you don’t want them to be entirely plain, you can always add some roll labels to the packaging, or put some sticker singles inside.

When sealing your custom mailer boxes, you have two options; you can use tape, or you can order boxes with a double-sided tape sealing mechanism. If you prefer to use tape on the front-tuck closing postal boxes, we recommend our self-adhesive tape to show off your design. When packing, we recommend you overlap the tape and make sure the tape stretches several centimetres down either side of the box.

No, but our custom postal boxes will arrive pre-creased for easy assembly.

E Flute is very thin (1.8 mm) corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold and is excellent for printing. Sturdy and crush-resistant, it’s a good option for posting parcels — though we do not recommend these postal boxes for very large or heavy items.

Custom postal boxes can hold up to a maximum of 25 kg in weight. To make sure the box can hold this weight safely, make sure to always properly secure it with tape and handle the box with care.
