The size suggested at checkout should match the size of your print. The envelopes that I received are too small.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We sincerely apologize that the envelopes you received were too small and did not match the size of your print as expected at checkout. In our efforts to assist, checks were made and we see that Customer Care was contacted via another channel and a suitable resolution was provided. If your request is urgent and you need an immediate solution, please reach out to our Customer Support team via: https://www.vistaprint.ie/customer-care/help-centre/.

The envelopes are not matching and therefore inappropriate
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent Note Cards and Coloured Envelopes order. We value your input and appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. Upon checking, we can confirm that there is no matching envelope option specifically designed for the Note Cards, and the Coloured Envelopes were purchased separately. From the product page (https://www.vistaprint.ie/stationery/coloured-envelopes), the colour options are shown as visual references on the left side of the screen. Based on these visuals, the closest available matches are Natural Linen and Cream. The colour chosen for this order was Pearl Shimmer, which is noticeably lighter and therefore may not have matched as expected. For future orders, we highly recommend double‑checking the product specifications and colour options to ensure the selected items align with your preferences. If you have further questions or need assistance before completing an order, our Customer Support team is available at 1800‑904‑804 or through our Help Center: https://www.vistaprint.ie/customer-care/help-centre/ for real‑time support. Your feedback will also be shared with the relevant team for review and improvement, as it helps us refine our product offerings and provide better guidance for customers seeking matching stationery. We truly appreciate your input and look forward to supporting you with future projects that meet the quality and coordination you expect.
Thank You Cards_Second Order

I am not very satisfied with my second order of thank you cards as the printer doesn't seem to have been calibrated correctly. Florescent spots appear on my dress and throughout the photos included. This did not happen with my first order of thank you cards, I was really happy with those, so naturally I was very disappointed when my second order arrived and have these imperfections.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are incredibly sorry to hear that your second order of thank you cards did not match the high quality of your first batch. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since you were so happy with the initial order and were expecting the same beautiful results for your photos. To help us investigate this calibration issue and determine the best way to correct it, we kindly request that you share a few images of the cards with us, including some close-up views of the fluorescent spots as well as some group photos showing the concerns. Once we receive these images, we will work quickly to provide a solution for you. If your request is urgent and you need an immediate solution, please reach out to our Customer Support team via: https://www.vistaprint.ie/customer-care/help-centre/.

Not at this time. If you’d like a more personalised option, our custom envelopes are an excellent alternative.

You can also add a custom touch with self-inking stamps, custom seals or return address labels. And if you’re feeling artistic, some hand doodling or calligraphy is always delightful.

Most of our envelopes are made specifically for VistaPrint cards and invites and they may not fit cards purchased elsewhere. However, we do offer a few standard-size options, including DL envelopes, C6 envelopes and C5 coloured envelopes. Our unlined envelopes use 90 gsm paper stock, and our gold foil-lined envelopes use 120 gsm paper stock.

To make sure your cards fit, check out our sizes and measurements below:

  • 11 cm x 14.6 cm
  • 11.4 cm x 16.2 cm (C6 envelope)
  • 12 cm x 19 cm
  • 16.2 cm x 22.9 cm (C5 envelope)
  • 14.6 cm x 14.6 cm
  • 11 cm x 22 cm (DL envelope)

No. Our envelopes are made with a moisture-activated adhesive.

All sorts! They’re perfect for adding flair to special invitations, creating an on-brand look for your business correspondence or infusing some festive fun into Christmas cards.
