Frequently asked questions

We recommend using both hands to pull the banner from the cassette when assembling and again when taking the banner down. When pulling the banner from the stand, do it slowly to prevent wear and tear on the print. When disassembling the roller banner, do not let the banner drop. Guide it gently back into the cassette so that it retracts correctly inside.

The main differences are the style and weight of the cassettes used for our roller banners and PVC-free roller banner stands. The best one for you will depend on where you plan to use your roller banner and how often you open and close it. Generally speaking, our economy cassettes are best for light usage in places like offices and receptions. Our standard cassette option is great for events and tradeshows, while our premium cassettes are best for professional settings and exhibitions.

Most of our promotional standing banners are designed primarily for indoor use. They can be used temporarily in low-breeze, dry outdoor environments, but can be damaged when it’s too windy or wet. For the outdoors we have a range of outdoor solutions, like the outdoor roller banner and windproof pavement signs.

Yes, if you’ve ordered our tube banner stand previously, you can order just the print to quickly and easily switch your messages. Please note that the tube banner fabric prints are designed to fit VistaPrint tube banner stands exclusively. The rest of our banners and stands are not currently sold separately.

While we currently do not offer custom sizes for standing banners, we do offer a wide range, so there’s a good chance we have a self-standing banner that fits your needs. If you need a banner to fit exact measurements, you can always check out our hanging banners which are available in custom sizes.
