Unfortunately the ink is not visible due to the background colour

For future orders, we recommend doing the PDF proof in the design studio to better preview how the artwork will appear once printed. You can also reach out to our Care team for design help before placing your order. In the meantime, we have edited the design and issued a replacement as a courtesy. The order number remains the same as your original, and you can track it from your order history or the shipment notification email. We hope the updated version meets your expectations.
