The cards look great minus the fact that they were cut to close to the edge compared to the way i lined them up so the border looks uneven

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent order. While we are glad to know that your cards look great overall, we are extremely sorry that they were cut too close to the edge, resulting in an uneven border compared to how you lined them up in your design. Clean margins and balanced framing are essential for a polished presentation, and this is certainly not the VistaPrint experience we want you to have. Allow us to assist you. To help us investigate the cutting alignment of your Matte Business Cards, we recommend responding directly to this review with clear photos of the product quality errors noted. Having these images will allow our team to compare the physical trim against your submitted artwork layout and work with you to find the best possible resolution. Please be assured that we are grateful for your review, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant production and cutting teams to review our trimming tolerances and improve precision. If your request is urgent or you would prefer to speak directly with a representative, our Customer Support team is available at 1800-904-804, or you can visit our Help Centre for real-time assistance: https://www.vistaprint.ie/customer-care/help-centre/ We look forward to hearing from you.

You can use any of those great options for matte business cards. Just look for those choices as you go through the design process.

Matte business cards have a smoother, non-reflective surface, sometimes described as silky or polished. They’re great for deep colours and have a refined feel. Glossy business cards have a shiny, light-catching finish that helps bright colours and photographs pop.
