Frequently Asked Questions
Our customised puzzles are printed onto 2.1 mm thick grey cardboard with glossy coating. In addition to its durability, the material allows for crisp, photo-quality printing with a slick, shiny finish.
This depends on which size you choose. Our landscape size (29.3 x 10.3 cm) includes 96 puzzle pieces, while our A4 option (27.0 x 19.5 cm) includes 88 puzzle pieces.
It’s important to note that your customised puzzle will arrive preassembled, sealed for protection in a plastic bag. If you intend to make your own puzzle for a special surprise – to propose, ask friends to be part of your wedding party or announce a pregnancy, for example – you’ll want to make sure that you have your puzzle delivered to you first. You can then disassemble the puzzle, package it as you’d like and give it to its intended recipient.
The cardboard used for our photo puzzles are 0,21 cm thick.
