Frequently Asked Questions

To apply your stickers and clings easily and with as few bubbles as possible, please follow the steps below:

  1. Clean the surface onto which you’ll be placing the sticker, making sure it is free of dust and debris.
  2. If you’re applying a window sticker inside, lightly mist the surface using water. For all other stickers and clings, you can skip this step.
  3. Peel off the sticker’s backing, then apply the sticker to the surface.
  4. Smooth the sticker from the centre out, using either a squeegee or a straight-edged surface to remove bubbles or excess liquid.

To apply your floor and wall stickers, please follow the same process, excluding step 2.

You can choose between our inside-glass or outside-glass options for either type. Inside-glass stickers (also known as second-surface stickers) are printed on the cling side. Outside-glass stickers (or first-surface stickers) cling on the back and are applied to the outside of your window.

These personalised stickers aren’t made for surfaces other than glass, smooth walls and certain flooring. Here is some placement information for our different types of stickers:

Window stickers: Glass only
Wall stickers: Painted plasterboard, plastic, tiles, smooth metal, sealed concrete and finished wood.
Floor stickers: Hardwood flooring, waxed vinyl, laminate, sealed concrete.

Our custom stickers can be repositioned easily during the initial application, but we don’t recommend regularly taking them off and putting them back on. Doing so can lead to dust and debris building up on the cling side, which can cause bubbles to appear.
This is with the exception of window clings, which are designed to be removed and reapplied as many times as you like.

First, you’ll want to choose the sticker that works best for your business. Then you’ll create your sticker in our easy-to-use design studio — or you can upload your own unique image. It’s important to use a large enough font so it’s easy to read, and include plenty of white space so it doesn’t feel cluttered. Don’t forget to include your logo and key information such as contact information and business name, or how much customers can save on certain items.
