Magnetic Business Cards

We’re glad to hear that you found the design process easy and that your Magnetic Business Cards turned out as you envisioned. We’re also pleased that you received your order quickly. That said, we’re very sorry to hear about the quality issues with the magnets, particularly the corners lifting and curling after only a few days. We understand how disappointing this is, especially when you were willing to pay more for a product that would meet your expectations. We’re also sorry that you had difficulty reaching us and did not receive a response when you tried to contact us. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. If possible, could you please provide us with a few photos showing the corners lifting or curling? This will help us better understand the issue and share the details with our quality team for further review.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your Magnetic Business Cards. This is not the VistaPrint experience we want you to have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. From your feedback, we understand that the cards are curling and the writing is peeling off, including the edges. To help us find the best possible resolution, we recommend providing clear photos of the product quality concerns noted. This will allow our team to review the details and work with you toward a suitable solution. Your comments will also be shared with the relevant team to support improvements in both product durability and print quality. If your request is urgent or you would prefer to speak with someone directly, our Customer Support team is available at 1800‑904‑804. You can also visit our Help Center for real‑time assistance here: https://www.vistaprint.ie/customer-care/help-centre/ We truly value your patience and trust, and we look forward to helping ensure your future orders meet the quality you expect.
