With this type of material, if your uploaded design doesn’t include a background or is a vector file, the final print will appear transparent, which is expected for this product type. That said, we completely understand your disappointment. We’ve since made the necessary adjustments to your design and have already processed a complimentary replacement under the same order number. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the original item received. We truly appreciate your feedback and regret that the Transparent Labels did not print as expected, instead appearing with a white background. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when the design was intended for use on Iced Coffee cups. Upon closer review, we found that while your file had a transparent background, an extra white layer was included, affecting the final print. For transparency to work correctly, the background should appear gray, indicating no extra image layers. As a courtesy from VistaPrint, we’ve updated your file and processed a free replacement at no additional cost.
