I chose to have a custom letterhead designed and expected the finished product to be printed on a much higher quality paper stock. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the final product was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
The design process was also frustrating. I felt the designer never really understood the look and feel I was trying to achieve, despite several attempts to explain it.
Overall, considering the cost of both the design and printing, I feel I wasted my money. The finished product doesn't reflect the quality I was expecting, and I am unlikely to use this company again.
