Terrible service. Absolute incompetence

I tried to order a sign for my wedding day. The first sign came. Portrait but the printing had gone all wrong. The staff were nice enough to reprint it, I just had to change the background colour as their printers couldn’t print what I originally wanted. The replacement came - landscape instead of portrait which is bizarre as I had ordered it portrait to begin with.
I got on to the customer service team again. Wedding only a few days away as the replacement took so long to arrive. A second replacement sent, arrived the day before I leave to travel to my wedding venue after being assured that there wouldn’t be any further issues. The second replacement had been sent landscape. Very very confused at how this mistake has happened twice but now I am very upset as I can’t use the signs for the wedding day as the image was stretched out when it was printed landscape. Would not use vista print again for anything as their staff are clearly incompetent.

Unfortunately it did not print clearly and can't be read, some I'm going to have to order it again.
This is the first time this happened, all previous signs were fine
