Custom double-wall paper hot cups eliminate the need for a separate sleeve — speeding up service and giving your brand more room to shine. The double-wall construction keeps the outside of the cup cooler to the touch, so your customers can hold their drink comfortably without needing anything extra.

A closer look at what goes into each cup

These custom double-wall paper coffee cups come in 3 sizes to suit everything from a short espresso to a large latte. The inner layer is 295 gsm and the outer is 350 gsm, giving each cup a reassuring sturdiness. The water-based inner coating is plastic-free and food safe, and means the cups are exempt from the SUP directive. Sip-thru lid styles — including black or white plastic and biodegradable options — are available separately.

Easy to design and order

Using Vistaprint's online design studio, you can upload your logo or create a full wraparound design, then use the 3D preview tool to see exactly how it looks on the curved surface before you order. Full-colour CMYK printing is applied all over the outside of each cup, with a choice of matt or glossy finish to complement your brand. Once you're happy with your design, we'll take care of the printing and get your double-wall paper cups delivered to your door.

Our double-wall paper cups are exempt from the SUP directive because they don’t use traditional polyethylene coating — the coating used inside is water-based.

Our paper cups are made from home-compostable materials, as are our white paper lids. Our black and white plastic cup lids are recyclable, but are not compostable.

Our plastic-free cups have a water-based coating that serves as a liquid barrier.

'Walls' refer to the number of layers of paper used to create each cup. Our double-wall cups are made with 2 layers of paper, while our single-wall paper cups are made with just 1. For hot drinks, we highly recommend our grass paper, kraft paper or white double-wall cups. The extra layer acts as a built-in sleeve, helping to keep the outside cooler and safe to touch. Our single-walled cups are recommended for use with cold drinks, or hot drinks if you provide a separate cup sleeve.

You can customise as much of the outside as you’d like. As part of the design process, you’ll upload the design of your choice, which will be wrapped around your cup. You can choose to add your logo, a full-colour design or a custom message. You can even create a custom design for non-business use — our paper cups are also a great way to add a personalised touch to birthday parties, hen parties and more.

Although the ink is food-safe, it is not vegan.

Printing on curved surfaces can be complicated, especially when it comes to text. That’s why our design studio lets you preview your design in 3D to make sure everything looks just right before it’s custom printed.

No, they’re not. For an extra cost, you can select from a variety of sip-thru disposable cup lid choices listed in our ‘Options’ section and add them to your order once you approve your cup design. You can also order matching disposable cup lids separately.

No, the disposable cup lids can’t be customised. However, we do offer a variety of disposable cup lid materials and colours for you to choose from. You can preview available sip-through disposable cup lid styles in the ‘Options’ section and add them to your order after you approve your cup design.
