We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with the print on the invoices ordered and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that an image was uploaded of an invoice on to the template. Please note that the printing process is automated and so there is little to no human intervention with an order once it's placed. In light of this, the product was printed with the image that was uploaded and ordered. We would recommend choosing a design from our templates and adding your logo and information to it.
