Yes, you can choose between single or double-sided flag printing on our standard material. If you choose single-sided, it will be translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer colour saturation and a complete blockout effect thanks to the lining in between. The double-sided print is only available on the standard RPET.

We offer two options: the complete package includes everything you need to set up your flag – high-quality fibreglass poles, your custom-printed fabric and a carry bag for transport. Bases are sold separately so you can choose the right one for your location. Alternatively, you can order flag fabric only, which is ideal for replacements or updating your messaging while using your existing poles and base.

The flagpole is black and, depending on the size ordered, will be either 1.7 cm or 2.5 cm in diameter. We offer fibreglass and aluminium poles with a bungee to connect them. It also has a plastic hook that is used to secure the flag to the pole – and you can adjust the hook to increase or decrease the flag’s tension.

In many respects, choosing one custom flag shape over another can be a matter of personal preference — that said, there are benefits to each option. Feather flags are a popular choice because of their unique and eye-catching shape. Sail flags offer the largest printable area. And since the fabric on our teardrop flags are drawn taut, they tend to be the most stationary of our 3 options.

Our flag printing process uses dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting banners are slightly sheer, which allows the design to show through on both sides.

Yes, the material is DIN 4102 certified and classified as B1 fire retardant.

Yes, but please be aware that they will no longer be considered fire retardant, and they will lose B1 classification. If you still choose to wash your flag, we recommend washing with cold water, and then letting it air dry.

About 123 x 30 x 10 cm (length x width x depth). They weigh about 4 kg – if you add our square, steel base to your order, it will weigh significantly more – see below.

Most bases ship together with your flag in one box. However, the square steel base and water tank base are heavier items that ship separately in their own packaging. If you order either of these bases, you'll receive two separate shipments, and the base shipment may arrive on a different day than your flag.

Both fabric options are made of weather-resistant polyester that's hemmed to prevent fraying and suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The standard material offers vivid colours and is made from 100% Recycled PET, lasting 6–8 months under extreme weather conditions. AirMesh is a perforated, wind-resistant fabric with extended durability, lasting up to 2 years under extreme windy conditions.

Our feather flags can withstand wind speeds up to 40 mph, especially when using the AirMesh material which is specifically designed for windy conditions.
