I wanted a customised pen. It arrived exactly as I designed it and on good time (leading up to Christmas which is always a busy time).

The wrapping on the pen is very poor quality, it scratches off very easily. Also I have only received 20% of my order and it has gone a month over expected delivery date. I contacted customer service and they were little to no help. Please avoid.
