Hi. Thank you for the consignment of 50 pens which I received. I am generally very pleased with the pens but I must report that three of the pens are faulty. When pressure is put on the ballpoint in order to write it recedes back into the body of the pen! This means the pen is unusable. However I suppose 3 faulty pens out of a total of 51 is not too bad. Thank you for your prompt response to my order.
