wrong color

I ordered a beige notebook, which is actually the color that appears in the layout approval, and the notebook came in a lime green color.

Disappointed with Labelling

The product itself was excellent but I was disappointed with the way it was labelled. There were marks under the text in 2 locations on the notebook's cover. This appears to be where a spell-checker believed that there was an incorrect spelling (there wasn't). I would have expected the print to over-ride this spell-check.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry the notebooks were not printed as expected. We've done some checks and found that the error is a part of the image that was uploaded. The system is unable to make changes to uploaded images, so they are printed as submitted. We recommend that you make the necessary changes to the original image then re-upload it.
