We took a close look at your order and found that the uploaded design was not fully extended to the bleed line of the flyer dimensions, which unfortunately caused those blank, white strips to appear on each side during production. We always highly recommend utilizing the design preview tool, which is shown multiple times before checkout, to ensure that the layout perfectly matches your expectations before printing. Even so, we want you to love your flyers and would be more than happy to offer you a complimentary reprint. To get started, please go ahead and update your project file by ensuring the design fully covers the flyer dimensions. Once the project is updated in your account, just reply to this review and we will get that reprint processed for you right away.
