everything wash away after one 30 degree wash

I loved the jumper when it arrived. The colour of the jumper was gorgeous, the logo looked great. But the front logo was washed away fully after the first wash and the back was nearly 70% gone. It was such a busy time in work that I never got a chance to look for a refund or to send my complaints.
The logos were delicate but I didn't notice any guidance or warns about any particular style of logo. I expected to be able to trust the material would keep the logo print when washed because Vista Print provided the jumper.
I'm only giving 2 stars because the colour was nice. The product was disappointing

We are so glad to hear that you loved the jumper's colour and initial appearance, but we are deeply sorry to learn that the logo washed away so significantly after its first wash. We completely understand how disappointing this experience must have been, especially during a busy work period. To provide some insight into our process, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is used for this jumper. To help ensure the print stays vibrant and intact over time, following the specific care instructions on the garment's tags, such as washing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle, avoiding harsh detergents or bleach, and air drying instead of tumble drying can make a big difference. We also offer alternative decoration techniques, which provide more durability for heavy wear and frequent washing. We would love to explore these options with you.
