Poor quality of t shirt

Just received my order today. The printing/embroidery looks great (as is the rest of my order) but fortunately the quality of the polo t shirt is not good enough. I have a similar personalised one from another company that is much thicker material. Such as shame as I was going to order more from VistaPrint.
