Yes, for an additional fee, you can select multiple decoration areas at once. After you enter the design studio, you’ll be able to select your preferred decoration areas and customise them.

Yes. If you have a design ready to go, you can upload it after selecting your hat colour and quantity. We accept most common file types, including .pdf, .ai, .jpeg, .png, .doc and .ppt.

Like most headwear, you should take care when washing these embroidered hats. Avoid machine washing the cap and rubbing the embroidered area if possible.

You can add up to 12 thread colours. It’s best to avoid uploading graphics that contain colour gradients and small, intricate details.

Whatever you upload, appears textured, bright, detailed and stands out from the cotton surface of the hat. Colours like yellow, orange or red look particularly bold when embroidered on a black background. We advise using large graphics & text over 24pt (0.33" letter height) for best results.
