Received my roller banner. Quality wasn't great. Was smudged and the clear white on the banner look liked it had dark patches on it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the PVC-Free Roller Banners. We are sorry to hear that the printing was smudged, and the white background had dark patches. We have reviewed a PDF proof of your design and have found that the image that was uploaded had a low resolution. This is the reason why the quality was blurry. Also, there were some dark marks around the letters and images due to the low resolution. For the best results, it is recommended that your design be at least 175 dpi or 300 dpi maximum. Also, the size of the image should match the full bleed size, which is 206 cm x 85.6 cm. A vector file type, such as PDF, AI, or SVG, is the best option for high-quality printing on these large products. We recommend that you redesign your artwork with the suggestions and place a new order. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. You can set up your outdoor PVC-free banner quickly and easily by following these steps:

1. CASE: Remove the pole and cassette base from the carry case.

2. BASE: Put your base down and rotate the feet so that they’re perpendicular to the base.

3. POLE: Connect the pole pieces before placing it in the hole in the base.

4. BANNERS: Pull the top of the banner up from the base and attach it to the top of the pole. (If it helps, you can tip the banner and base towards you).
