The print quality on the mug is poor. The text is not very clear — it looks almost pixelated, like it has a mosaic effect and is slightly blurry. I’m very disappointed. And the packaging was far too simple! This was meant to be a gift — how could it be packaged so poorly? I had to buy a box myself to put it in!
