How do I access my information?
Click My Account to view your:
- Projects
- Order history
- Stored uploaded images and logos
- Design Services orders
- Digital marketing tools and subscriptions
- Stored payment and delivery data
- Contact preferences
- Account settings (this includes your name and email)
When you place a new order with Vistaprint, the Checkout page will show you:
- Your saved delivery address(es)
- Your saved billing address(es)

Additional Information
If you wish to receive any relevant additional information besides what is accessible in your account or our Privacy and Cookie Policy, or to be provided with a copy of your information, please send us an email.
You can also make your request in writing to Vistaprint B.V., Hudsonweg 8, 5928 LW Venlo, the Netherlands. Please include the following information with your request: your name, email address, postal address and telephone number(s), and what kind of additional information you wish to receive.
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity after we have received your request.
We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible and will get back to you within 30 days at the latest, unless communicated to you otherwise.
