Can I order envelopes for my Christmas cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After designing your card, you’ll be asked to choose from a variety of envelopes. Whichever style you choose, you’ll receive 1 envelope for each of your custom Christmas cards — and if you’d prefer to skip the envelopes, you’ll have that option too.

Can I order custom samples of my photo Christmas cards before placing an order?

Accepted Answer

We don’t offer samples at this time, but you can order a small batch of 10 cards. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel your cards before fully committing.

After reviewing the colour and paper, reordering more is easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your design in our studio. Either way, your order — and satisfaction — is absolutely guaranteed.

How do I reorder my Christmas cards online?

Accepted Answer

Ordering extra cards is easy. After signing into your account, go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Order History & Reorder’. Find your design, then click on ‘Order Details’. Here, you’ll have the option to reorder or make additional edits to your cards in our design studio.

Yes. As well as printed Christmas cards, we’re proud to offer a variety of designs for Hanukkah, Diwali and other festive events. Most of our design templates include options to add any personalised text you’d like, so whatever season’s greetings you want to send, you’ll be able to do it in style.

I want to upload my own design. How do I make sure my design will fit on the final product?

We've got you covered. Scroll down to ‘Product Options’ and click ‘Product Specs & Templates.’ There you'll find design specs and downloadable templates for each size option for your product.
