We appreciate your review on the thank you cards, and sincerely apologize that the print quality and paper stock weren't as expected. Please rest assured this isn't typical as our thank you cards are usually printed with high quality. Your feedback is important to us and we taken action on your account to help make this right. A follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. From reviewing a print preview of the document, we found that the design on the inside was blurry and hard to read. We recommend increasing the image/font size as well as the resolution for best print quality and proceed with a new order. We hope this helps.
