• Vistaprint masks are Latex-free.

• Wash by hand or in a washing machine. If using a washing machine, use a gentle cycle and natural detergent at 60°C. Air dry or machine dry on low heat. The mask can be washed 25 times without affecting its filtration capabilities.

• This device is neither a medical device within the meaning of EU Directive 93/42/ECC (Surgical masks), or personal protective equipment within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/425 (Filtering masks type FFP2). The use of face masks in the community should not be considered as a replacement for physical distancing, staying home when ill, teleworking if possible, respiratory etiquette, hand hygiene and avoiding touching the face, nose, eyes and mouth.

Vistaprint makes customised versions of our IF mask. You can create one with your logo or image by using our online tool.

You can purchase up to 999 masks. If you need 1000 or more, you’ll need to contact us for bulk ordering.

Masks come in 3 sizes, Kids, Adult Small and Adult Large.

Kids: 18.9 x 11.9 cm
Adult Small: 21.7 x 12.5 cm
Adult Large: 23.8 x 14.8 cm

If you’re looking to find your Adult size, use a flexible tape measure or string to measure the distance from the bridge of your nose to just under your chin. If this is closer to 12 cm, you’re an Adult Small. If it’s 15 cm and above, you’re an Adult Large.

Please note that our manufacturing tolerance is +/- 1 cm in length and width.

If you purchased an Adult mask on or before July 27th, you have an Adult Large mask.

• Masks suitable for children 4 and up, only under adult supervision.

• For best results, adjust the ear loops so that the child’s mask is tight and secure on their face.

• Before putting on or taking off a face mask, wash your hands with soap and water. Or use hand sanitiser.

• To put on a cloth mask, raise it to your face and place the straps around each ear. Put the top part over your nose, then pull the bottom part over your mouth and chin. Pinch the shape-forming nose bridge to improve contact.
  

• To take off a mask, reach behind your ears and remove the straps to lift the mask off your face. Avoid touching the front of your reusable mask.
  

• Masks should not be worn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

For IF masks

• Masks purchased after July 27th are IF (Integrated Filter) masks and do not need a replaceable filter.

• The integrated filter in the IF Mask is washable 25 times along with the mask

For RFS masks

• Masks purchased on or before July 27th are RFS (Replaceable Filter System) masks and use replacement filters.
  

• Replaceable filters are not washable or cleanable.
  

• Adult RFS masks will need an Adult size filter.
  

• Kids RFS masks will need a Kids size filter.
  

• Replaceable filters are sold separately in packs of 10.
  

• Each filter can be used for up to 12 hours.
  

• Store filters in a clean, dry place. Do not rub the filter.
  

• Masks and filters are shipped as they are available and may arrive separately.
