Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry to hear that the printing on your postcards was inaccurate and off-center. We acknowledge your dissatisfaction and would like to suggest that, before placing your order, you contact our customer care team for design guidance for future reference. After reviewing your account, we regret having to inform you that the incorrect positioning of your image on our template resulted in uneven borders around it and an unsatisfactory print outcome. As a result, we modified the layout and completed a free replacement order for a new set of postcards. You can view the update from your order history,the order number remains the same. Once your package is shipped, you'll get an email with a new tracking number. We trust you'll find this helpful.
