Set Up POP3 or IMAP
You can use any application that supports POP or IMAP configurations to send and receive your Vistaprint Business Email. This includes applications like the email option on your smartphone, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.

After you've created your Business Email account through your Vistaprint account, you can use the following settings to start sending/receiving messages through an email application.
Note: Where you see (yourdomain) replace it with the domain name your business email was set up on, for example, mail.mybusiness.com. Where you see your full email address replace it with the email address you just created, for example, [email protected].
POP Settings
- Incoming Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Outgoing Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Account Name: your full email address
- Password: the password you created for your mailbox
IMAP Settings
- Incoming Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Outgoing Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Account Name: your full email address
- Password: the password you created for your mailbox
Click More Settings.
Choose outgoing server: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Chose radio button: Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Make sure you test your email settings to verify that everything was entered correctly and that you can now send and receive email from your new application/device.
