Password Reset for Webmail

If you or someone else using one of your email addresses forgets the password for an email account, you can reset it by following these steps:

For website subscriptions...

  1. Log in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
  3. Navigate to your Website Dashboard by clicking View Dashboard.
  4. Click Manage Mailboxes.
  5. Note the addresses you have set up and click Edit next to the address you'd like to update.
  6. Enter a new password and a confirmation of the new password.
  7. Click Submit to finalise your change.

For domains plus subscriptions...

  1. Log in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
  3. Navigate to your Domain Dashboard by clicking Manage Email Addresses.
  4. Note the addresses you have set up and click Edit next to the address you'd like to update.
  5. Enter a new password and a confirmation of the new password.
  6. Click Submit to finalise your change.
For personalised security, the password can also be changed from within the mailbox.
