Checking Your Email

To begin checking your email, follow the steps provided below:

FOR WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS...

  1. Log in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
  3. Navigate to your Website Dashboard by clicking Manage.
  4. Click Manage Mailboxes.
  5. Note the addresses you have set up and click the address you'd like to check mail for.
  6. Enter your full email address and password to log in.

FOR DOMAINS PLUS SUBSCRIPTIONS...

  1. Log in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
  3. Navigate to your Domain Dashboard by clicking on the Email icon.
  4. Note the addresses you have set up and click the address you'd like to check mail for.
  5. Enter your full email address and password to log in.
NOTE: It is recommended that you wait 48 hours after initial setup to begin checking email as setup can take up to 48 hours to complete. No emails received during this time period will be lost.
You can send up to 50 emails for the first 24 hours after setup, then up to a maximum of 500 per day two weeks after setup.
