Set Up Gmail Integration

Domains are no longer sold by Vista. This article is only relevant if you purchased a domain from Vista before March 8, 2022.

1. Log into your Gmail Account login.png
2. Click on the Settings icon then click 'See all Settings' in the drop-down menu


3. Click Accounts and Import


4. Click Add a mail account


5. Enter your hosted Email address then click Next


6. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3) then click Next


7. a. Enter login information for hosted email:
  • Username: Full email address
  • Password: Password of the mailbox
  • POP Server:
b. Select leave a copy of retrieved message on the server

c. Click Add Account


8. Select Yes, I want to be able to send mail as then click Next


9. Enter your Name then click Next Step


10. a. Enter SMTP server requirements:
  • SMTP Server:
  • Username: Full email address
  • Password: Password of the email address
b. Click Save Changes


11. A confirmation code email will be sent to your Gmail account. Click the link to verify. mceclip10.png
