Creating a Mailbox

To create a new mailbox, follow the steps provided below:

For website subscriptions...

  1. Log in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
  3. Navigate to your Website Dashboard by clicking View Dashboard.
  4. Click Manage Mailboxes.
  5. Click Add Mailbox.
  6. Complete the Create Your Mailbox form.
  7. Click Create Mailbox to finalise your registration.
  8. Email setup will take 48 hours to complete.

For domains plus subscriptions...

  1. Log in to your VistaPrint account.
  2. Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
  3. Navigate to your Domain Dashboard by clicking Manage Email Addresses.
  4. Click Add Mailbox.
  5. Complete the Create Your Mailbox form.
  6. Click Create Mailbox to finalise your registration.
  7. Email setup will take 48 hours to complete.

Password requirements:

  • password must be between 8–20 characters
  • password must contain at least 2 numbers
  • password must contain at least 1 special character
  • password must contain a combination of upper and lower-case letters
