There is no difference at all in terms of product quality. The FREE pen offer is limited to 1 pen and 24 design options. Our other pens offer many design choices and have the ability to upload a logo or picture (for a small upload fee). Also, the free pens have a Vistaprint URL on the top near the clip, whereas our other pens do not. Vistaprint makes this free offer available to you because we are confident that you will find our pens to be of superb quality.
